I believe our careers should feel rewarding and enjoyable, and not just serve as a means to an end. I love working with others to bring their careers more in alignment with their values, and reach goals beyond what they could imagine for themselves.

I coach from a place of intuition and empathy, supported by almost two decades of lived functional experience. I have spent my career as an operator, builder and strategic advisor in some of the largest and most well known institutions in the finance industry.

In my roles as Chief of Staff, Head of Business Development and Chief Operating Officer throughout my career, I’ve led and managed teams both large and small, coached colleagues at all levels, and served as a strategic thought partner to leaders and entrepreneurs.

In addition to coaching (trained through CTI in the Co-Active Coaching model), I serve as the Chief Operating Officer of a large business unit at a large cap global private investing firm. Originally from Calgary, Alberta, I currently reside in San Francisco.
